Redox gains USB gamepad support |
 |
The Redox project has published a news post which shares details on work going on inside the project. One of the more visible changes to happen in Redox last month was the introduction of gamepad support: "Jeremy Soller implemented USB gamepad support with generic and Xbox layouts, he tested on Mednafen, Neverball, Neverputt, and sm64ex. Currently it can only be used in emulators and games using SDL2 for input. He also fixed xHCI endpoint handling using Rust newtypes, which increased general compatibility." A complete list of changes can be found in the project's newsletter.
